Greta Lane has always enjoyed strength training, but she became aware something was wrong as she dug further into her fitness path.

She says she wanted a diet that would help her achieve her fitness objectives but felt clinical. “I still wanted taste, colour, fun.”
Beginning with lean proteins— grilled fish, legumes, even eggs—paired with olive oil, whole grains, and lots of vegetables, she began creating meals.
A handful of almonds here, a drizzle of tahini there, and gradually her plate changed to reflect something that kept her energised all day and fueled her workouts.
