Ariel Storm’s Easy Vegan Transition Meal Plan

It took Ariel Storm some time to adopt a vegan diet. She was actually afraid of giving up cheese. She jokes, “I thought being vegan meant being hungry and grumpy all the time.”

But she felt driven to give it a shot after seeing a documentary that made her realise how important diet is for both the environment and human health.

Ariel eased into it rather than jumping right in. She explains, “I told myself I could always go back if it didn’t work.”

She began by reinventing her favourite recipes, such as tofu-and-black bean tacos, cashew cream pasta, and vegetable stir-fries.

Her confidence in the kitchen increased over time, and meal planning evolved into an artistic endeavour.

 

Her biggest surprise was not only how delicious the food was, but also how much better she felt. She says, “I had more energy in the mornings, my skin glowed, and my digestion improved.” Ariel is not only doing well on a vegan diet these days, but she is also enjoying food more than before.
